Job description
Job :
• Provide routine nursing care and first aid in case of emergency
• Manage the infirmary: stocks of medicines, equipment, and medical records
• Participate in periodic medical examinations in collaboration with the occupational physician
• Raise employee awareness of good hygiene practices and risk prevention
• Detect and report any situation at risk to employee health
• Ensure follow-up of employees on sick leave and manage work accident declarations
• Produce regular activity and health statistics reports
Required profile :
Training & Diploma
• Moroccan State Diploma in Nursing (ISPITS or recognized equivalent)
• Registration with the National Order of Nurses of Morocco
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing (experience in occupational health or industrial setting preferred)
Skills & Qualities
• Proficiency in French (written and oral)
• Good listening skills, discretion, and professional rigor
• Good stress management and responsiveness in emergency situations
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel)

المهنة :
• تقديم الرعاية التمريضية الروتينية والإسعافات الأولية في حالة الطوارئ
• إدارة العيادة: مخزونات الأدوية والمعدات والسجلات الطبية
• المشاركة في الفحوصات الطبية الدورية بالتعاون مع طبيب العمل
• رفع وعي العاملين بممارسات النظافة الجيدة والوقاية من المخاطر
• كشف وبلغ عن أي وضع مهدد لصحة العامل
• ضمان متابعة العاملين في الإجازة المرضية وإدارة إعلانات الحوادث المهنية
• إنتاج تقارير الإحصاءات الصحية والنشاط الدوري
الملف المطلوب :
التدريب والشهادة
• دبلوم الدولة المغربية في التمريض (ISPITS أو ما يعادله المعترف به)
• التسجيل في المجلس الوطني للممرضين بالمغرب
الخبرة
• الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في التمريض (يفضل الخبرة في الصحة المهنية أو بيئة صناعية)
المهارات والصفات
• الكفاءة في الفرنسية (كتابة وتخاطب)
• مهارات استماع جيدة، discretion، والصرامة المهنية
• إدارة جيدة للإجهاد والاستجابة في حالات الطوارئ
• الكفاءة في برامج المكتب (Word, Excel)
