A. Expertise & Design

• Define the technical architecture of the Outlook solution and ensure its alignment with technical standards (architecture, security).

• Build, maintain, and evolve the product's technical roadmap.

• Participate in the design, sizing, and scalability of messaging services.

B. Industrialization & Operations

• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Guarantee the performance, availability, and resilience of the Outlook service.

• Lead the integration and deployment of technical evolutions.

• Act as a Level 3 expert for major incidents.

C. Governance & Quality

• Be responsible for the quality of technical deliverables and the maintenance of cross-functional repositories.

• Contribute to risk analyses, audits, and cybersecurity requirements.

D. Collaboration & Leadership

• Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, architects, cybersecurity, the Exchange Online team, and other TGITS squads.

• Provide mentorship, support engineers, and strengthen the squad's technical culture.

• Contribute to cross-functional technical bodies and continuous improvement workshops.

Key Deliverables

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Defender, Purview, Intune tools.
• Knowledge of hybrid environments (Exchange On-Prem + Cloud).
• Knowledge of network and security infrastructures (TLS, SMTP, mail routing).
• Understanding of observability (Grafana, Prometheus, App Insights).

• Advanced proficiency in Product Agile: Contribution to writing technical Epics/Features, facilitating technical ceremonies.

Minimum 10 years in architecture and management of application access portals, with experience in leading technical teams and cross-functional collaboration.

**Technical** : F5 BIG-IP (APM, LTM, iRules), Microsoft Entra ID (SAML, OAuth2, MFA), MyApps, Palo Alto/Zscaler (Secure Browser), Zero Trust, vulnerability management (CVE), automation (scripts). **Cybersecurity**: Access security, TLS compliance, certificate management. **Soft Skills**: Leadership, teaching ability, technical/non-technical communication, fluent English. **Methodologies**: Agile (Epics/Features), ITIL (Change/Problem Management), FinOps.
