Job Description: Manage projects from the design phase to deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines, objectives, and quality standards. Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (Business, Technical, Operations, Marketing) and keep them informed of project progress. Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Produce clear, structured, and relevant monthly reports on project progress. Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement, and propose appropriate solutions. Foster collaboration between different teams to guarantee project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

You have 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in a digital, technological, telecom, fintech, or online services environment. You are known for your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of autonomy. You learn quickly and easily adapt to new tools, working methods, and environments. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to unite multidisciplinary teams around common goals. You are solution-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are proficient in project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent solutions. You have a perfect command of Microsoft Office suite tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing is an asset. You are fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French is a plus.
