Main Tasks
Evaluate and qualify suppliers (system and process audits, First Article Inspection - FAI/FAIR according to AS9102).
Manage corrective and preventive action plans (8D, QRQC, A3) in case of non-compliance.
Ensure the monitoring of supplier performance indicators (OTD, PPM, non-compliance rate).
Analyze supplier risks and contribute to sourcing decisions in coordination with the Purchasing teams.
Participate in APQP/PPAP reviews and product development milestones.
Write and update supplier quality specifications.
Act as the quality interface between internal teams (production, engineering, purchasing) and suppliers.
Required profile :
Profile Sought
Education
Engineering degree (Master's level, Bac+5) in mechanics, materials, quality, or a related field.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality, production quality, or engineering in an industrial environment (aeronautics, automotive, defense).
Previous experience in an aeronautics or regulated environment (EN9100, AS9100) is highly appreciated.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, QRQC, SPC, MSA, control plans.
Knowledge of EN9100 / AS9102 / NADCAP standards (a plus).
Ability to read technical drawings and process specifications (surface treatments, composites, machining, etc.).
Professional English required (international supplier exchanges).
