As part of the Engineering Master BOM (EMB) project, we are looking for a PMO (Project Management Officer) to support the steering and coordination of project activities.

• Lead the overall project monitoring (progress, costs, schedule, and risks).
• Maintain the roadmap and integrated schedules.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and facilitate the various EMB and REPO project meetings and rituals.
• Coordinate project teams and facilitate arbitration.
• Define and apply the project management methods, standards, and processes of the program.
• Support decision-making and activity prioritization.
• Ensure monitoring of resource capacity.
• Contribute to change management, adoption, and deployment activities when necessary.

Essential technical skills:

• Project leadership / PMO.
• Planning and milestone management.
• Risk, cost, and deadline management.
• Coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitation of committees and steering meetings.

Appreciated technical skills:

• Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) environments.
• Experience in the automotive sector.
