Job :
We are recruiting for our client, a Japanese restaurant in Casablanca, a Cost Controller.
Main tasks:
- Ensure monitoring and control of the restaurant's operational costs.
- Analyze consumption, inventory, and stock differences.
- Develop performance reports and dashboards.
- Control purchases and optimize material costs.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve profitability.
Required profile :
- Higher education in finance, management, or accounting.
- Experience in cost control, ideally in the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
