Job :
As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for English-speaking customer service representatives to receive calls.
Your mission will be to:
- Ensure the welcome, identification, and handling of the customer's request
- Analyze the customer's needs in order to provide advice and
- The necessary assistance.
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives as well as the handling of complaints
Required profile :
You meet the following requirements:
- Associate's degree (DEUG, license, or equivalent) minimum, preferably in foreign languages;
- Perfect command of French
- Command of a second language, English
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, good active listening and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
