Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an Insurance Manager, based in Tangier. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise within a recognized organization.

The main goal is to manage and optimize insurance operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's growth through a strategic and rigorous approach. You will be a key player in developing portfolios and managing risks.

Your main tasks will include supervising teams, developing new offers, managing customer relationships, analyzing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will actively participate in the development and monitoring of commercial and operational strategies.

• Manage insurance claims and policies.
• Negotiate with partner insurance companies.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Implement action plans for continuous improvement.

A 2-year college degree (Bac +2) is required, ideally with a specialization in Insurance professions or a related field.

Proven experience of 10 to 20 years in the insurance sector, with a deep understanding of different professions, is essential for success in this role.

The skills required include a strong knowledge of insurance products, excellent management and communication abilities. Proficiency in sales techniques and portfolio management will be a major asset.
