As part of our business expansion, we are recruiting our future B2C Sales Representatives (M/F) to advise and sell unforgettable travel experiences.- Analyze customer needs to offer them tailor-made tourist packages.- Argue and negotiate with conviction to close sales and achieve your commercial objectives.- Build customer loyalty by offering high-quality advisory services and an impeccable customer experience.- Ensure the administrative follow-up of reservation files.
Required profile : Perfect command of the Portuguese language (spoken and written).A good understanding of French (for training and internal communication).Previous successful experience in telesales, ideally in the tourism or ticketing sector.You have a strong ability to persuade, a taste for challenge, and great resilience.Smiling, dynamic, and excellent speaking skills are your best assets.
