<p>A Day in the Life Join Medtronic as the Sales Manager for Surgical Innovations (SI), Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) and Endoscopy across Indirect Africa. This is a high-impact commercial leadership opportunity to shape portfolio strategy, strengthen distributor performance and lead execution across a broad, diverse group of African markets. The role offers the chance to create clear priorities, build team capability and expand patient access to technologies that support surgical care, critical care, patient monitoring and minimally invasive endoscopic procedures. The role will operate within a distributor-led business model across Central Africa, Maghreb, Libya and Other French Africa. The successful candidate will lead and coach a geographically dispersed team, partner closely with distributors and cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain disciplined delivery against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
