<li>Works closely with the Program Team to establish and set-up manufacturing planning& milestones</li>

<li>Engineering degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in Seating or knowledge of Trim/Cut & Sew components (fabrics, foam, plastics, leather) is an advantage.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and planning skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.</li>

<p><strong><span>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</span></strong></p><br>
<p><span>As a CFS & NTM Planning Associate, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the timely availability of CFS and NTM raw materials to support production requirements. You will develop, maintain, and adjust material supply plans based on production demand, inventory targets, available stock, supplier lead times, and supply constraints while preventing shortages and excess inventory.</span></p><br>
<p><span>You will coordinate with Procurement, suppliers, and Logistics to ensure timely material deliveries. You will track delivery status, supplier performance, and inventory risks and propose appropriate mitigation actions when required.</span></p><br>
<p><span>You will work closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams to align material availability with production schedules. You will review demand changes and update material plans accordingly to maintain supply continuity.</span></p><br>
<p><span>You will support New Product Development projects by planning material readiness in line with project milestones and launch timelines, ensuring that all required materials are available on time for successful product introductions.</span></p><br>
<p><span>You will also maintain accurate planning master data in SAP, including material parameters, lead times, safety stock, and planning settings. You will prepare planning reports, material availability analyses, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making. Additionally, you will analyze inventory performance and contribute to stock optimization, write-off reduction, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and supply reliability.</span></p><br>
