Sales Manager


Our client is a multinational polymers business and they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager based in Casablanca.


The candidate must have the technical knowledge to be able to sell chemicals/plastic materials/polymers.

The role is to maintain current relationships with our customers and develop new customers’ relationships as well as find new suppliers.

The role is the interface between the company and the customers/suppliers and work closely with the customer care/procurement and operations departments as well as the Credit Management department.


Main Responsibilities:

- Develop chemicals/plastics/polymers sales

-Find and develop new suppliers

-Follow-up the customers’ orders completion as well as the invoices and collection of the invoices payment according to their due dates.

- Travel on a regular basis where it is necessary to meet new customers and/or new suppliers


Requirements and Experience

- 5 years plus experience in Sales within chemicals/plastics or polymers.

- Good knowledge of the international market and customers

- Adaptable, curious, rigorous, concise, organized, result oriented and team player

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

- Must speak English
