Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Site Operations to lead our outsourcing operations in Tangier, Morocco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry with over 10 years of experience, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strategic decision-making, and an in-depth understanding of operational excellence. This role requires fluency in English and Dutch, with bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French being a significant advantage.

As the Manager of Site Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving client satisfaction. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to meet performance goals, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continuous development of personnel.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, enhance performance metrics, and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service levels meet or exceed expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to ensure consistent results and adherence to SLAs.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to create long-term strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to boost productivity and service quality.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage site budgets, resources, and workforce planning to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance with financial targets.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and client expectations, addressing any potential risks.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, facilitate professional development programs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and site activities to senior leadership.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French is a plus)
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of BPO industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead large teams, drive operational performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of making decisions that drive business success.
  • Client-Focused: Exceptional client management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
  • Operational Expertise: Experience in process improvement, workflow management, and performance optimization in an outsourcing environment.
