We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (French & English) to join a dynamic team working for a major player in the financial services sector. This position is ideally suited for candidates with call center experience and a strong interest in finance and banking.
Main responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing customer interactions (calls and digital channels)
Provide professional, accurate, and compliant support regarding financial products and services
Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions while ensuring a high level of service quality
Accurately document customer interactions in internal tools
Adhere to internal procedures, regulatory standards, and performance indicators
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written
Required call center experience (financial services experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site with rotating schedules, including night shifts
