Job :
Your daily responsibilities will include managing a constant flow of customer interactions by phone and potentially by email. You will be asked to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about company offers, procedures, and policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues, showing active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulously record all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date.
- Handle complaints with diplomacy and professionalism, always seeking a satisfactory outcome.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to resolve complex customer requests.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product and service changes.

- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Call center experience is mandatory
