Your daily responsibilities will include managing a constant flow of customer interactions by phone and potentially by email. You will be asked to:





  • Provide accurate and complete information about company offers, procedures, and policies.

  • Effectively resolve customer issues, showing active listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Meticulously record all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date.

  • Handle complaints with diplomacy and professionalism, always seeking a satisfactory outcome.

  • Collaborate with different internal teams to resolve complex customer requests.

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product and service changes.




Required profile :


Profile sought:





  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)

  • Call center experience is mandatory

  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service mindset

  • Ability to manage complex situations and develop appropriate solutions
