Assigned to the information systems department, the main activities related to the position are as follows:





  • Handle all types of incidents or problems with the solutions made available to users:

  • First-level diagnosis

  • Prepare a detailed report of the diagnosis

  • Provide a detailed report to the user when the ticket is closed

  • Deal with any problem or incident with the solutions made available to users as quickly as possible while respecting the defined OLA and SLA

  • Handle any service request under the best conditions

  • Manage openings...


Required profile :

  • With a Bac+2/3 degree in computer science with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, in which you have developed the following skills:

  • Know and be able to operate the IT infrastructure
    Know and be able to apply support management techniques
