Job :
As a warehouse worker, your main mission will be:
- To manage and oversee all logistics operations related to warehousing and the flow of products/documents and information systems (SAP) at the regional warehouse level. Ensure stock integrity and all related checks.
Your main activities:
1. Workplace Safety and Health:
- Respect safety rules in accordance with internal procedures;
- Detect and record non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions in coordination with the warehouse manager;
- Put into practice the company's safety tools;
- Constantly foster a safety culture within the warehouse.
2. Loading/Unloading:
- Confirm with delivery drivers/vendors the condition of their physical loads in line with SAP flows;
- Perform a daily reset of mobile deposits and alert the warehouse manager in case of unjustified discrepancies.
3. Stock:
- Coordinate logistics flows with the central operational logistics team (supply, transport, returns, etc.);
- Ensure the reception and compliance of goods on SAP;
- Check stocks through daily and monthly inventories;
- Ensure tracking of operations (In/Out) through available tools (returns management, handling of non-compliant products, etc.);
- Ensure the organization of the warehouse respecting FEFO, 5S, and food safety standards.
Required profile :
Training and Experience:
A 2/3-year post-secondary degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
