We are recruiting French-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a technical support activity via incoming calls (Tech Fix).
You will help customers solve their technical problems while offering suitable complementary solutions and services.
Tasks:
• Receive and handle incoming calls related to technical problems (internet, mobile, TV)
• Quickly identify the cause of malfunctions and guide customers to appropriate solutions
• Clearly explain technical steps to customers.
• Identify needs and offer complementary services or options if appropriate
• Ensure follow-up and quality of service in line with the client's standards
Required profile :
• Perfect command of French and good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and patience to handle technical problems
• Customer service oriented and ability to propose complementary solutions
• Good command of computer tools
• Previous experience in a call center or technical support is a plus
• Motivated beginners accepted
