Your mission will be to evolve fiber orders throughout the metropolis and DOM-TOM!
By acting on the production chain, by taking charge of:
- IT issues in your area of activity
- Multi-channel requests within your scope
• You ensure proactive customer order management through real-time management of customer and IT blocking issues.
• You participate in a positive customer experience by respecting production deadlines.
• You inform customers of any changes in delivery conditions.
• You actively participate in improving internal and cross-functional operations to offer our customers a quality journey and a different relationship.
Required profile :

- You have very good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Thanks to your rigor, you know how to respect processes
- You like working on technical topics and you easily use computer tools
- Bac + 2 level education in sales and/or technical environment
- You have technical aptitude to manage our customers' fiber commercial orders
- You will be supported in your skill development
- Knowledge of the FTTH network would be a plus
- The international environment in which Sofrecom operates requires perfect mastery of French, both written and spoken
