Job :
Assigned to the Recruitment department, your role is to ensure the recruitment of profiles by ensuring the match between the company's needs and the candidates' skills.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
- Ensure sourcing and pre-selection of candidates
- Monitor the HR and job market
- Follow up on the integration of new hires
- Manage administrative files related to recruitment
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects
Required profile :
Required profile:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
- Good command of interview and skills assessment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sense of organization, rigor, and respect for confidentiality
