Job :
Reporting to the Agriculture and Rural Development Department, your missions will be:
- Support farmers in equipping their plots internally,
- Organize and lead training sessions on reasoned irrigation and water management,
- Revitalize Agricultural Water Users Associations (AUEA),
- Support agricultural warnings,

Required profile :
- Holder of a diploma in rural engineering, water management and control,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,
- Mastery of irrigation systems and agricultural hydraulic equipment.
- Knowledge in water resource management and conservation,
- Ability to lead and support water user associations,
- Ability to analyze and interpret climatic and hydraulic data,
- Good interpersonal skills and good communication abilities with farmers and partners,
- Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, autonomous, and able to work in a team.
