A major player in the agri-food industry is recruiting for the position of Receptionist/Switchboard Operator Assistant.
You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring a professional and welcoming image. You will contribute to the smooth flow of internal and external communications, providing a high-quality service.
Your main responsibilities:
- Telephone call management: answer, filter, transfer, and take messages professionally.
- Physical reception: welcome visitors courteously and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Mail and package management: receive, register, and distribute.
- Switchboard maintenance: immediately report any malfunctions to the relevant department.
Required profile :
You will be required to use various computer and telephone tools, and knowledge of office software is required.
Profile sought:
- Holder of a Bac+2/+3 degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Customer service orientation and courtesy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and mastery of professional French.
