Job :
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing, retaining, and managing a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction with a long-term partnership approach.
Main tasks:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts
- Identify client needs and propose suitable commercial solutions
- Develop and negotiate commercial offers and framework agreements
- Ensure commercial, administrative, and financial follow-up of client accounts
- Define and implement specific commercial action plans per client
- Coordinate actions with internal teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis
- Monitor performance indicators (revenue, margins, customer satisfaction)
- Participate in prospecting for new key accounts
- Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and professional events.
