Job :

Your main tasks:



  • Welcome, advise, and help customers choose kitchen accessories that fit their needs and budget
  • Ensure a smooth, inspiring customer experience that aligns with IKEA values
  • Develop sales by offering complete solutions (cross-selling and up-selling)
  • Ensure products are well-presented on shelves (merchandising, labeling, product availability)
  • Participate in stock management and follow-up on stockouts
  • Contribute to achieving the sales goals of your department


Required profile :

Profile sought:



  • Training in sales, marketing, or a similar field
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service, ideally in home or kitchen products
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, and a team player
  • Comfortable with digital tools and multi-channel environments
  • Fluent French required, English is a plus
