Your main tasks:
- Welcome, advise, and help customers choose kitchen accessories that fit their needs and budget
- Ensure a smooth, inspiring customer experience that aligns with IKEA values
- Develop sales by offering complete solutions (cross-selling and up-selling)
- Ensure products are well-presented on shelves (merchandising, labeling, product availability)
- Participate in stock management and follow-up on stockouts
- Contribute to achieving the sales goals of your department
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Training in sales, marketing, or a similar field
- Experience in retail sales or customer service, ideally in home or kitchen products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dynamic, results-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable with digital tools and multi-channel environments
- Fluent French required, English is a plus
