Job :
Manage and monitor HR projects as part of the defined strategy.
Participate in the preparation of the HR budget (payroll control, skills development plan…)
Implement HR monitoring and reporting tools (dashboards)
Manage the HR optimization policy and participate in HR diagnostics.
Staff administration and HR development
Oversee payroll administration and staff management (HRIS, departure management, social declarations…).
Prepare social dashboards to track staff activity (absenteeism, remuneration, leave, training, time savings accounts…).
Ensure compliance with social regulations and the employer's legal obligations regarding social protection and health (Labor Code, collective agreement, collective arrangements, internal rules).
