Job :

The Sector Manager is a team leader and trainer; they must develop the volume and turnover of their sector and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.






Main missions:




- Apply the commercial policy within their sector.
- Manage and develop the volume and turnover of their sector to achieve set objectives.
- Train, Coach, develop, and evaluate their team's performance.
- Regularly accompany their sales representatives on customer visits and ensure the application of company directives and commercial policy.
- Improve product distribution (DN) and sales volume (DV) in their sector and analyze KPIs, implementing necessary commercial actions to improve them.
- Manage the client portfolio: Recruitment - Development & Support.
- Analyze and interpret results from dashboards.
- Ensure follow-up of financial collections (routes / clients): Suspense - unpaid bills and deposits of sales made, in coordination with the financial department.
- Manage interfaces with the Human Resources Department: Supervise the sales force headcount, train the sales force on best practices with points of sale, organize vacations for sales representatives and promoters, ensuring their interim cover.
  






Required profile :

- Holder of a Bac+3 degree in Commerce or Marketing, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Mastery of sales and management techniques adapted to the type of activity.
- Possesses excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor, negotiation skills, and ability to propose solutions.
- Perfectly bilingual French/Arabic.
- Type B driving license.
