Job :
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT projects with a strong business focus, particularly related to the digitalization of HR processes (HRIS, recruitment, administrative management, performance, etc.).
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from defining needs to production launch, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
Main tasks:
• Analyze business needs and define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects;
• Manage IT projects related to HR systems;
• Write and approve functional and technical specifications;
• Coordinate with internal teams and oversee external service providers;
• Track progress using performance indicators, anticipate risks, and propose suitable solutions;
• Organize and conduct tests, acceptance phases, and production launches.
• Provide training and support to users as part of change management;
• Prepare structured and regular reports for the General Management;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR digital processes and tools;
Required profile :
• State Engineer's degree in IT;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management;
• Experience in an HR environment or on HRIS projects, as well as a good understanding of business processes (recruitment, payroll, training, personnel management), would be a significant asset.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, especially Agile.
• Sense of rigor, autonomy, organization, and priority management.
