Job :

You will work within the Offers and Catalogues department. This department supports the go-to-market process for offers and complex projects in the Residential and Business Consumer Marketing domain, by implementing, through business projects, the IS solutions that enable their commercialization and management.




You will be responsible for managing business projects in this domain, from study to generalization.




You will be led to manage one or more projects related to the SME PRO market, particularly concerning the improvement of Fiber production, ALL IP/RTC shutdown programs, the deployment of innovative business telephony offers, Convergent Pro Offers, as well as new value-added services offered in partnership with key market players.




You will also be the preferred IT contact for the business units in this domain and will support the implementation of business projects in the IT aspect, from the start of the study to full generalization for cross-functional projects managed in TTM.




To this end, you will manage the actions that contribute to the design and construction of the IT solution, ensure compliance with business requirements, and manage project reporting and communication.




In the upstream phases, you will rely on the cross-functional study manager responsible for IT solution design, as well as on the functional qualification and coordination actors who will be necessary after the project kick-off.




You will thus work in conjunction with the Orange France Project Manager with the various business units (Customer Service, Production Order, BI, Customer Services, UI, etc.).




Consequently, you will take ownership of the IT solution and its limitations with regard to these constraints for your business units.




Project operating and governance methods are evolving at Orange. You will therefore be led to work with V-cycle projects as well as agile projects coordinated within a train.




Depending on the projects, you will work according to the governance established in a value chain or in a TTM committee.
 





Required profile :

Higher education in Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in information systems.







Skills sought:





  • Ability to work cross-functionally with experts from different entities (IT, marketing, legal, processes, work positions, technical - networks, service platforms, etc.).

  • Proficiency in project management for an application or cross-functional scope.

  • Ability to mobilize stakeholders outside of your reporting scope.

  • A synthesizing mind that allows you to grasp the complex issues of each project, involving very different elements (commercial, legal, regulatory, technical, ergonomics, etc.).

  • Mastery of the art of negotiation.

  • Proficiency in oral and written communication, as well as natural leadership to manage multidisciplinary working groups.

  • You get to the heart of the matter and constantly seek to optimize customer and business value in your project management.

  • Ideally, you are familiar with the IT domain of professional and convergent offers and their associated processes (catalog, order, delivery, billing, customer service, Business Intelligence, etc.), or you will learn about it!
