We are looking for a Refrigeration Technician in the heart of Casablanca in the field of Facility Management. Your role will be to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, thus directly contributing to the continuity of operations and the satisfaction of our partners. You will also actively participate in improving existing installations and integrating new technologies to optimize energy consumption and reduce the ecological footprint of our infrastructures.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Carrying out preventive maintenance on all refrigeration equipment to anticipate breakdowns and ensure their proper functioning.
Diagnosing and repairing technical failures on refrigeration and air conditioning systems, intervening as quickly as possible.
Installing and commissioning new equipment, ensuring compliance with standards and safety procedures.
Keeping intervention reports up to date and technical documentation of equipment.
Strict adherence to safety instructions and current regulations in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning.
Proposing technical improvements to optimize installation performance.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a 2-year post-secondary education (Bac +2 level) is required. Experience in the Distribution sector will be a major asset, providing you with the essential theoretical and practical foundations to tackle the technical challenges of this position. Your academic background should demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of thermodynamics, electricity, and refrigeration systems.
The company is looking for someone with 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles. This period should have allowed you to acquire in-depth expertise in the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide range of refrigeration equipment. Thorough knowledge of different types of refrigerants and their associated regulations is essential. Your background should show an ability to work independently and effectively manage complex situations in the field.
