Job :
As a Project Account Manager, you will be in charge of managing major projects in the construction sector. You will work directly on large-scale construction sites as the main contact for all Hilti solutions. You will support clients from the beginning to the end of the project, providing commercial, technical, and strategic support.
This is not about cold prospecting, but about advisory and partnership sales to already identified clients. You will demonstrate our innovative products, software, and services while building a lasting relationship with your contacts.
Main tasks:
- Manage assigned construction sites and be the single point of contact for all project-related needs.
- Understand technical specifics and propose tailored solutions based on trades.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight their added value.
- Collaborate closely with various site stakeholders.
- Organize seminars, training sessions, and product workshops to raise awareness of Hilti innovations.
- Identify and solve technical issues encountered on site.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Identify development opportunities and suggest appropriate action plans.
- Ensure client relationship follow-up and continuous satisfaction.
- Participate in customer accounts management in coordination with the account manager.
Required profile :
- Successful experience as a Key Account Manager / B2B Sales Engineer.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in civil or mechanical engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in the construction sector.
- Skills in project management and conducting technical training.
- Very good interpersonal skills, customer focus, collaborative spirit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong sales sense.
- Ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects.
