Job :
1. Structuring and managing the impact system
• Define and deploy the Foundation's framework for monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement, including logical frameworks, theories of change, and indicator references.
• Design indicator references and common evaluation tools.
• Support project teams in integrating the impact approach from the design stage of actions.
2. Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of results
• Supervise the collection of monitoring and evaluation data in coordination with internal teams and partners.
• Analyze results and measure the performance, effects, and impact of projects and programs.
• Produce clear impact reports useful for strategic management.
3. Capitalization, learning, and continuous improvement
• Transform evaluation results into operational lessons and recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of programs and the promotion of a culture of impact-driven management.
• Maintain awareness of practices and standards in social impact evaluation.
Required profile :
• A BAC+5 level graduate (Master's degree or equivalent) in Development Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Sociology, Public Policy Evaluation, or equivalent;
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in designing, managing, and conducting social project evaluations or equivalent;
