Join a dynamic company and a key player in the sale of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, as an Automobile Sales Manager in El Jadida. You will be a key player in the development of our business, contributing directly to the growth and success of our company in the automotive market.
Your main mission will be to develop and retain our automotive clientele. You will need to achieve defined sales targets, manage your client portfolio, and prospect new markets. You will have to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and adapt your strategy accordingly to ensure sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Here are some of the main tasks you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement an effective commercial strategy for the automotive sector.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and prospect for new clients.
- Negotiate contracts and follow up on customer relationships.
- Ensure order follow-up and product delivery.
- Participate in the development of commercial offers and pricing.
- Analyze sales results and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company (production, logistics, etc.).
You will work closely with the sales team and various company departments to ensure the success of your missions.
Required profile :
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have an educational level of Bac +5 and above, with a specialization in Automotive Sales. A good understanding of the Moroccan automotive market and its specificities is a plus.
We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 8 years of professional experience in a similar position. Significant experience in sales or negotiation within a B2B environment is required. Experience in the automotive sector would be a definite asset.
