Job :
Reporting to the General Services Manager, your tasks will be as follows:
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and suppliers;
- Control site access by checking visitors' identities;
- Answer the phone, inform, and redirect callers;
- Keep top management informed of any irregularities observed;
- Manage the small supplies needed for the reception desk to function;
- Contribute to the monitoring of cleaning and security service providers;
- Ensure the company presents a positive image.
Required profile :
- A Baccalaureate/Bac+2 degree with 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Good presentation;
- Availability and dynamism;
- Enjoys interacting with people and providing service;
- Good communication skills.
