Join our dynamic team in Rabat as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, supporting a leading Canadian banking app. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your communication skills in a vibrant call center environment, working night shifts and making a real impact.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to users of a prominent Canadian banking application. This involves resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in both French and English.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the banking application.
- Providing information on banking products and services.
- Guiding customers through online banking processes.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting interactions.

Required profile :
