Your main mission:
Your mission is simple and measurable
- process qualified incoming leads (social media, forms, WhatsApp, CRM) and convert them into closing appointments for the sales team.
- No cold prospecting.
- You qualify, you talk, you convince, you book.
Your responsibilities:
- Contact leads quickly (messages / calls according to process)
- Qualify the need, budget, and motivation
- Handle simple objections
- Schedule qualified appointments in the closers' calendars
- Update the CRM (statuses, notes, follow-ups)
- Follow a clear script and process (provided)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Net Salary: 5000 DH
Performance Bonus: Uncapped
Remote Work: 100%
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Comfortable speaking and writing (French mandatory)
- Good sales sense, results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM, Google Calendar
- Organized, responsive, autonomous
- Experience in setting / sales / call center = big plus
- Stable internet connection + quiet environment
