Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Healthcare sector as an Accounting Assistant. Based in Casablanca, this position is a prime opportunity to join a strong team and actively contribute to the financial performance of our organization.




The main goal of this role is to ensure the rigorous management and follow-up of current accounting operations. It involves actively participating in the production of financial statements and ensuring the reliability of accounting information, while developing your expertise in a stimulating environment.




Your daily tasks will be varied and essential for the smooth running of the department:





  • Recording accounting documents (customer, supplier, bank invoices, etc.)

  • Tracking and reconciling customer and supplier accounts

  • Preparing elements for tax and social declarations

  • Participating in periodic closing procedures

  • Assisting in treasury management

  • Receiving and handling phone calls and emails related to accounting


You will also be expected to support the accounting manager in various tasks and analyses.






Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required. Specialized training in Management, Accounting, or Finance will be a major asset.




Some professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is requested. This period should have allowed you to develop an understanding of accounting processes and gain autonomy in managing the tasks assigned to you.




The following skills are essential for success:





  • Mastery of common accounting software and the Office suite, especially Excel.

  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and techniques.

  • Rigor, organization, and a great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

  • Autonomy and proactivity in managing tasks.

  • Good written and oral expression in French is essential.
