Job :
The Business Analyst - Asset Management will have the following key responsibilities:
- Contribute in the preliminary study phase to the definition of the target architecture.
- Adapt and configure application packages
- Choose and develop modules
- Develop by integrating tests to guarantee the non- regression of the application deliverable
- Guarantee the quality and security of the code (sonar tool, logs in the code)
- Apply the latest development methods to ensure their effectiveness (pair programming, XP,...)
- Ensure that skills are kept up to date through an exchange of good practices (participation in Dojo, hackathon, etc.) and sustained monitoring of development
- Responsible for corrective and upgradeable and preventive maintenance
- Administer reusable software components and update the nomenclature of these components
- Identify, analyse and treat malfunctions and incidents
- Participate actively in the rituals of the Squad (Daily meeting, sprint planning, sprint retrospective...)
- Actively participate in Sprints planning meetings where the Scrum team identifies tasks, estimates them, assigns them and finally commits to the Sprint perimeter
Required profile :
At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Foreign language - English
- IT quality management
- Provision of service
- Time management and ability to work on multiple topics.
- Deployment of solutions Systems Integration
- Management of the activity Tests
- Experience in User Stories (Jira / Confluence as tools)
- Knowledge and willingness to work on insur0nce accounting (in particular P&C)
- Experience & certification in Agile collaboration, ideally in Scrum Methodology
