Job :
As a Fiber Deployment Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing fiber optic deployment projects (FTTA, housing site connections, fiber optic alignments for the transport loop)
- Taking charge of the Requirements expressed by engineering
- Managing the Works Supervisors (orders, studies, design, and execution)
- Monitoring deadlines, budgets, and project risks, in compliance with financial framework
- Identifying hazards, proposing solutions, and getting them validated by engineering teams
- Validating project deliverables (preliminary design, detailed design, optical measurements, etc.)
- Interacting with external stakeholders (TowerCo, private owners, road managers, municipalities) to obtain work permits
- Collaborating with internal Bouygues Telecom teams (engineering, asset management, support hub...)
- Ensuring reporting and updating project management tools
- Participating in cross-functional projects and reporting production-related alerts
Required profile :
- Higher education in telecommunications, networks, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in telecom project management / fiber deployment
- Good command of fiber optic infrastructures (architectures, passive equipment)
- Experience in managing works supervisors
- Knowledge of GIS tools (QGIS, NetDesigner...) appreciated
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering work procedures
- Comfortable with financial monitoring and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Good written and oral communication skills in French
