Job :
Main missions:
Analysis of needs at the Chtouka Ait Baha site with operational teams
Identify and understand needs with managers
Define the profiles sought (skills, soft skills, seniority)
Write or update job descriptions
Sourcing and talent attraction
Write and post job offers (job boards, social networks, ATS)
Actively source profiles (LinkedIn, CV databases, co-optation, school networks)
Develop and manage a candidate pool
Candidate selection and evaluation
Screen applications and pre-select profiles
Conduct phone and in-person/video interviews
Evaluate technical and behavioral skills
Use evaluation tools (tests, simulations, questionnaires)
Process monitoring and coordination
Organize interviews with managers
Provide feedback to candidates and managers
Participate in the final decision-making
Onboarding and candidate experience
Prepare for the new employee's arrival (onboarding)
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Monitor the onboarding period
Reporting and continuous improvement
Update the ATS and recruitment indicators
Monitor KPIs (time-to-hire, quality, sourcing, conversion rate)
Propose actions to improve processes
Required profile :
What if it was you?
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, HR Management, or equivalent.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- You have essential experience in an industrial and/or agricultural environment.
- You have a good understanding of field jobs and operational constraints.
