As part of strengthening the Back Office Payment unit, we are recruiting a full-time (CDI) Payment Project Officer.
Reporting to the BO Manager, you will support the team in migrating the payment solution to TemC+ and actively participate in managing new projects (SNTL, monitoring tools, performance dashboards, etc.), with a key role in implementing reporting solutions using Power BI.
Your main tasks:
- Participate in the management and coordination of payment migration projects (TemC+).
- Ensure operational monitoring of payment-related activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for monitoring performance and business indicators.
- Analyze payment data and produce reliable reports for business teams and management.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business teams, and external providers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Back Office processes and tools.
- Participate in the implementation of data automation and structuring tools.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in IT, Information Systems, Finance, Data, or Engineering school.
- First successful experience (1 to 2 years minimum) in project management, payment back-office, reporting, or data analysis in a banking, financial, or payment environment.
- Good understanding of payment processes and the payment chain.
- Excellent command of Power BI (dashboards, data modeling, DAX, reporting automation).
- Very good command of Excel and office tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
