We are looking for a qualified prefabricated concrete engineer manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the design, manufacturing, and installation processes of prefabricated concrete. Their role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to successfully complete the company's projects.

If there is no experience in the field of prefabrication, the candidate must have proven experience in managing civil engineering construction sites in a top-tier construction company. They must possess solid knowledge in reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders


• Design (or, if not, participate in the design) of prefabricated concrete elements and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.


• Collaborate with project teams to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions for prefabricated concrete applications.


• Perform structural analyses and feasibility studies for prefabricated concrete components.


• Review and approve shop drawings and production schedules.


• Oversee the manufacturing process of prefabricated elements, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety regulations.


• Provide necessary technical support during the on-site installation of prefabricated elements.


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, codes, and best practices related to prefabricated concrete engineering.

Qualifications:

• An Engineering degree from a top engineering school, in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.


• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing civil engineering construction sites.


• Experience in the design and engineering of prefabricated concrete, such as prefabricated concrete manufacturing processes.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000).


• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards related to prefabricated concrete.
