As part of our development, BRICOMA is recruiting two Sales Store Managers in Agadir and Fes.
Missions:
As the true guardian of the management of a profit center, your main tasks are:
- To lead all store activities, to determine and apply the commercial policy by supervising and coordinating actions with various internal and external stakeholders.
- To check product ranges in terms of quantity and quality with department heads.
- To implement and develop promotional and advertising actions defined by senior management.
- To ensure the achievement of set objectives through a proactive commercial approach and customer satisfaction.
- To manage and develop the skills of your team.
- To monitor, through reports, the evolution of objectives in terms of turnover and profit margins, customer traffic, stock rotation, etc.
Required profile :
Higher education background (Bac+4/5) in management/commerce/marketing...
- A hands-on person, you have confirmed experience of at least 7 years in commercial management or profit center management. Experience in managing a large retail store is a considerable asset.
- A good manager, you have managed teams of more than 50 people and you are recognized for your managerial qualities and leadership.
- You are attracted by challenges and the conviviality of a dynamic and efficient group.
- You have the ability to listen, communicate, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and a strong sense of conviction.
- High availability and commitment to the management process.
