Within a dynamic company in the Pharmaceutical / Health sector, based in Bouskoura, an exciting opportunity awaits you as a Maintenance Technician. This role is at the heart of the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and flawless reliability of our equipment.

The main objective is to guarantee the operational excellence of our technical infrastructures. This involves a proactive approach to maintenance to minimize downtime, optimize equipment performance, and contribute to the sustainability of our activities.

Your daily tasks will be varied and essential:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on production equipment, according to established schedules and current procedures.


• Diagnose breakdowns, identify causes, and carry out necessary repairs in compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.


• Write intervention reports and keep technical documentation up to date.


• Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to ensure rapid resolution of technical problems.


• Propose continuous improvements to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required.

An experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar industrial environment is essential. This experience should ideally have been gained in the pharmaceutical or health sector.

• Excellent knowledge of industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).


• Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.


• Mastery of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.


• Knowledge of quality and safety standards specific to the pharmaceutical sector.


• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.


• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.


• A specialization in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance would be a major asset.
