We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to strengthen our team.
Effectively contribute to the administrative management and smooth running of our daily operations, ensuring a reliable interface between different departments and actively participating in file tracking.
Your main tasks will include:
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Physical and telephone reception of clients and suppliers.
- Filing and archiving of administrative documents.
- Preparation and follow-up of administrative and commercial files.
- Data entry into computer systems.
- Logistical support for field teams.
Required profile :
A 2-year higher education degree (Bac +2) is required.
An experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is desired.
We are looking for an organized, rigorous person with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good command of computer tools (Office Suite) is essential.
Knowledge in Management, Accounting, or Finance would be a considerable asset.
