Join a recognized company in the Accounting / Audit sector and bring your expertise as a Senior Accountant in interim. This position based in Casablanca offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to our client's financial management. As a pillar of the team, your main mission will be to ensure the reliability and compliance of accounting operations.
As our new talent, your objectives will be to ensure the accuracy of accounting entries, participate in the preparation of financial statements, and contribute to the optimization of accounting processes. You will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of financial information and supporting operational teams.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining general and analytical accounting, preparing tax and social declarations, bank reconciliations, asset management, and monitoring accounting cycles up to closing.
- Enter and control accounting documents.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash journals.
- Participate in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and notes.
- Complete tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Ensure follow-up of supplier payments and customer receipts.
- Contribute to internal and external audits.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting procedures.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required. Specialized training in Management, Accounting, or Finance will be a major asset for understanding the challenges of this position.
With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in similar roles, you have in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax practices. Your background has allowed you to develop great autonomy and a strategic vision of financial issues.
You are recognized for your rigor, your organizational skills, and your ability to manage complex situations. Your technical expertise in accounting, combined with mastery of IT tools and accounting software, allows you to be quickly operational.
- Excellent command of accounting and financial principles.
- Solid knowledge of Moroccan tax legislation.
- Proficiency in common accounting software (e.g., SAGE, SAP).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
