Job :

  • Respond to international inquiries from prospective students, families, schools, and partners.

  • Provide clear and timely information regarding programs, requirements, deadlines, housing, and campus life.

  • Conduct presentations, information sessions, and virtual meetings with international audiences.

  • Coordinate communication through CRM, email, and online platforms.

  • Participate in international fairs, school visits, and outreach events.

  • Assist in identifying new regions, schools, or organizations for recruitment.

  • Maintain relationships with international schools, educational agencies, and partners.

  • Contributes to the creation and distribution of promotional materials for global outreach.

  • Guide international applicants through the stages of the online application process.

  • Review application files for completeness and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with internal offices regarding documents, payments, and requirements.

  • Support applicants with matters such as housing, placement, and next-step instructions for post-admission.

  • Assist in planning and organizing recruitment trips and international partner visits.

  • Prepare materials, schedules, and logistics for outreach activities.

  • Support orientation activities and transition programs for admitted international students.

  • Maintain updated records of prospects, applicants, and outreach activities.

  • Prepare simple reports and summaries as requested by the COO.

  • Contribute to administrative tasks, data entry, and office support.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the COO.



Required profile :


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Education, International Development, Global Studies, Public Administration, or a closely related discipline.

  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse international audiences.

  • Experience in international outreach, student recruitment, admissions, or global engagement.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools.

  • Proficiency in additional foreign languages (French, Arabic, Spanish, or others).

  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.

  • Professional, courteous, and customer service oriented.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.

  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in working with diverse audiences and environments.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online admissions platforms.

  • Ability to manage and track data through digital tools.

  • Comfortable conducting virtual presentations, webinars, and online meetings.

  • Basic understanding of digital communication platforms and social media tools used in recruitment.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and internal university platforms.
