Job :
As part of our business development, we are recruiting two Butlers (Majordomos) with confirmed experience in luxury hospitality, to join our high-standing clinic in Casablanca.
Main tasks:
- Welcome and provide luxury service to patients staying in suites,
- Ensure their settling in and look after their comfort during their stay,
- Respond to specific and personalized requests with efficiency and discretion,
- Ensure a smooth experience,
- Ensure the quality of service and overall patient satisfaction.
Required profile :
- Diploma: Specialized Technician in Hospitality – Catering option,
- Experience: 2 to 3 years minimum in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or a high-end establishment,
- Specific training as a Majordomo (Butler) is a highly appreciated asset,
- Excellent presentation, sense of service, discretion, and ability to anticipate customer needs,
- Proficiency in French required.
