Join a dynamic company in the Other Industries sector as a Receptionist. This position, based in Casablanca, specifically in Hed Soualem, offers you the opportunity to play a central role in welcoming and directing visitors, thus contributing to our company's professional image.
Your main mission will be to ensure a welcoming and efficient reception, managing the flow of information and people. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for all our contacts, whether they are clients, suppliers, or candidates.
Your responsibilities will include rigorous management of the telephone switchboard, receiving and distributing mail, physically welcoming visitors with professionalism, and keeping the entry and exit log. You may also be required to perform occasional administrative tasks such as managing meeting rooms or filing documents.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a level of education equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree (Bac +2) is required.
Previous professional experience of one to three years in a similar role is highly desired. This will allow you to quickly master the different aspects of the job.
- Excellent proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Your oral and written communication skills must be impeccable.
- Good organization, strong listening skills, and a keen sense of customer service are paramount.
- Proficiency in the French language is essential, and knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
- Initial experience in reception or secretarial roles will be highly appreciated.
