Job :


Reporting to the Sales Department, your main mission will be to strengthen the promotion of sales points and stimulate the growth of SOREC's turnover through an active presence in the field. As such, your main activities will be:




Recruitment of new sales points

- Prospect for new partners using a strong B to B approach.

- Identify opportunities for network development and evaluate the relevance of partnerships.

- Conduct negotiations with partners.




Product promotion and sales promotion

- Plan and carry out regular visits to the different sales points in the region.

- Actively promote SOREC products within the sales network.

- Deploy targeted actions such as promotional events, roadshows, and merchandising at sales points.

- Dynamically animate SOREC sales points and agencies according to a precise schedule.




Maintaining a field presence

- Make regular visits to sales points to maintain strong relationships with managers.

- Provide support to the sales teams at sales points, helping them to effectively present SOREC's products and services and responding to their requests.




Quality control and reporting

- Make regular visits to the network to verify its compliance with SOREC standards.

- Monitor the achievement of objectives daily and provide detailed reports to management.

- Analyze the gaps between objectives and achievements, and propose corrective actions.

- Identify growth opportunities and potential problems within the network.

- Propose recommendations and corrective actions to optimize results.




Sales monitoring

- Conduct constant commercial monitoring in your area of activity to stay aware of the latest trends and opportunities.

- Collect feedback and suggestions from customers and sales point managers to improve SOREC's products, services, and processes.





Required profile :


As a potential candidate:
You have a Baccalaureate +2/3 in Management, Commerce, or equivalent with 2 to 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.




Required skills:

- Possess good knowledge of Merchandising and sales;

- In-depth knowledge of commerce and negotiation;

- Strong skills in organizational planning and conflict resolution;

- Excellent command of competitive intelligence and benchmarking;

- Good practice of prospecting, sales promotion, and product promotion techniques;

- Ability to supervise and manage a field team while demonstrating resilience to stress and pressure;

- Quality and customer-oriented.

- Sense of commitment, adaptability, initiative, and collaboration.

- Communication skills and interpersonal ease.

- Responsiveness and team spirit.
