Context
As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a ServiceNow Business QA Engineer to ensure the functional quality of ServiceNow solutions and their alignment with business needs.
Main missions
Analyze business needs and translate them into test scenarios
Design, execute, and maintain ServiceNow functional test plans
Perform non-regression and user acceptance tests (UAT)
Identify, qualify, and track defects
Collaborate closely with business teams, IT functional management, developers, and integrators
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes
Functional / technical environment
ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM depending on scope)
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Test management and defect tracking tools
Required profile :
Master's degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent)
Experience in functional / business QA on ServiceNow
Good understanding of IT and business processes
Rigor, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
ServiceNow certification is a plus
